There are 24 squares, the pattern is arranged in a scale from easy to complex..again because it is a journey… Each focuses on either a technique, texture or colour. The squares are all the same size and you can place them as you like! You do not need to follow my scheme either. If there is a square you do not like or you find really challenging please do not be discouraged or frustrated! The aim of the project ultimately is to be FUN!! So lets not forget that…

Wow We are finally done!! I am super excited to introduce you to ST’ KILDA BLANKET !! my latest collaboration with the super talented Abi McIntyre @getyerhookon.. it all started with a couple of pictures of puffins taken by a friend of mine and a chat with Abi … and a few months of work. the result is this gorgeous blanket!! There are two colourway included in the PDF , they both have have a full list of yarn used, written instructions and charts both in UK and US terms.
Our version uses Stylecraft yarn a combination of Highland Heathers, Life dk and special Dk.
